Practice Manager

Ardeeka offers NetSuite products and services to all interested businesses and organizations. Ardeeka is looking for a Practice Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for solution reviews, obtaining new service engagements, manage project portfolios, and analyzing revenue targets.

Job Description:
The Practice Manager is responsible for attaining quarterly Service revenue targets, in the form of delivered billable hours. Additionally, this role is responsible for the scoping and positioning of new services engagements. The incumbent will act as a key point of contact for Sales and Solution Consulting on opportunities within designated verticals. This role directly supports the sales cycle via internal knowledge transfers, solution reviews and executive-level prospect meetings. The successful candidate will excel at expanding NetSuite's footprint with existing customers through upsell of services opportunities. They will manage a team of resources, as well as handle all resource planning and staffing for team on a broad range of services engagements, maximizing billable utilization. Furthermore, the role will manage project portfolios and ensure that quality standards for delivery are exceeded. The Practice Manager will serve as an escalation point for services engagements. As well as being a key resource for internal practice development efforts, the practice manager will also train and mentor new and experienced resources.

Responsibilities:
Achieve and Exceed PS Revenue and Profitability Objectives

  • Ensure team billable utilization targets are met
  • Attain quarterly PS revenue targets
  • Support the sales cycle through scoping and approval of PS engagements, Executive-level prospect meetings and Solution reviews
  • Manage project portfolio to ensure quality, on-time and on-budget implementations using a mix of global resources
Increase the Value of the NetSuite Application for Customers
  • Expand PS sales in existing customer base
  • Become a trusted adviser to the Customer through implementation lifecycle and beyond
  • Team with Account Management and Client Management teams to promote user adoption and effective use of NetSuite and support renewal efforts
  • Collaborate with NetSuite partners during services engagements
  • Ensure High Customer Satisfaction and Referencability
  • Responsible for adhering to highest quality standards in project delivery
  • Manage executive-level customer relationships and provide team oversight through NetSuite implementation
  • Serve as Steering Committee member on strategic projects
  • Responsible for project staffing and resource scheduling on a broad range of consulting engagements
  • Contribute to company's focus on verticalization through participation in internal cross-departmental initiatives
Increase Engagement and Capabilities of PS Resources
  • Hire, train and manage team of new and experience resources to fulfill Practice objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to assist in resources' career development
  • Build team's expertise and confidence in project delivery work
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as: vacation scheduling, expense reports, time entry, etc.
  • Motivate team to document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge share
  • Provide feedback on on-going initiatives of Professional Services
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent or achievement of recognized professional level
  • 8 to 10 years experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
  • PMP preferred
  • Strong background in mid-market and enterprise-level Project Management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, most notably in Microsoft Project
  • Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable software solutions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication is required with previous experience creating Statement of Work for new and existing customers
  • Strong experience in Change Management and Business Process Mapping
  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan
  • Previous services sales experience; comfortable interacting at the "C" level
  • Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is a plus
  • Previous consulting experience with the following applications: QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards
  • Familiarity with XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL

Technical Consultant

Ardeeka offers NetSuite products and services to all interested businesses and organizations. Ardeeka is looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysis, design, development and technical support of NetSuite application components and reports.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyze business requirements and determine the appropriate technical solution
  • Prepare technical design documentation where necessary to communicate architecture
  • Accurately estimate effort and duration of development tasks
  • Develop and unit test custom solutions within NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk and Workflow. May also include the development of RESTlets and custom portlets
  • Utilize SuiteBundler to manage custom and 3rd party objects
  • Generate complex saved searches and reports using NetSuite tools
  • Apply performance tuning techniques to manage efficiency of complex customizations
  • Provide technical support for users of NetSuite
  • Research, recommend, and work with third-party applications, interfaces and vendors as required
  • Coordinate with Business Consultants, Project Managers and Clients to determine system fixes, enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades as required
  • Manage multiple open tasks in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize based on critical needs of users and management
  • Demonstrate expertise by providing sound, creative technical approaches and exhibiting a thorough knowledge of NetSuite
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of experience customizing NetSuite Implementation experience with CRM, ERP, and eCommerce applications within NetSuite
  • JavaScript experience is required as well as a working knowledge of HTML, XML, and SQL
  • 1+ years of software development experience, and user interface development
  • Proficient with business applications, such as Word, Excel, etc.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team of developers in a fast-paced environment
Other Beneficial Skills:
  • Experience with OneWorld is also highly desirable
  • Experience working with SQL Server and writing complex queries
  • Experience implementing packaged ERP and CRM application software
  • Familiarity and/or experience with Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM, or SharePoint
  • Knowledge of transactional business processing
  • Working knowledge of UI design patterns
Education:
  • B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or Accounting a plus
